Project Manager / Executive Assistant
Looking for an opportunity to work for a small but mighty team making the world a better place?
Our thriving digital company delivers online training programs and real life events for women around the world who are looking to break through their limitations and create a life that actually feels good. Elevating women is what we are here for and we need YOU to help things run smoothly.
We are looking for a motivated individual to work directly with the CEO to help manage her calendar, projects and productivity. You would also manage the moving pieces of several digital marketing projects. This is a nearly full-time, virtual position and you would be working with a small, remote team as well as numerous contractors.
This role calls for a highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic and sense of responsibility. You need to have a high level of communication and organizational skills. Experience with online business and digital marketing would be a big plus, but not absolutely necessary.
If you’ve got a natural ability for managing multiple tasks at any one time, strong communication skills and a love of systems, this might be the perfect role for you!
Core responsibilities include:
- Mapping out dates / calendar for the year, and scheduling promotions etc
- Communicating with team members to ensure they are kept informed and are on track with tasks and deadlines
- Executing routines that keep the company running smoothly
- Interacting and managing key relationships with outside contractors such as copywriters and designers
- Managing our digital files & organizing all deliverable content
- Maintaining a key metric spreadsheet
- Making sure nothing is slipping through the cracks. (If the idea of neat, tidy lists and an organized schedule excites you, you may be the right fit!)
- Helping and picking up slack where needed (such as during a launch of our products)
Our virtual team is scattered around Australia, and all work remotely from their home. For Melbourne based applicants there is an opportunity to work in person with Lisa, as this is where she is based.
We need someone who is ready to roll up their sleeves and slide right on into their zone of genius working for a company that empowers women across the globe (and has huge capacity for growth!)
Because we believe so whole-heartedly in the work we do and the women we support, we expect all our team to be on their own journey of personal evolution too.
If this is ticking all the boxes for you - keep reading!
ABOUT LISA CORDUFF / WHAT WE ARE DOING
Lisa Corduff began her online business back in 2014 with three small kids at her feet. Her refreshing, non-judgmental approach to food and lifestyle was warmly embraced by women looking for sustainable behaviour change and not just another fad diet.
She has pioneered authentic marketing strategies that have not only won her a committed and loyal audience, but many happy customers. Delivering online programs, memberships, Masterminds and live events, the business has grown year on year and is now considered one of Australia’s leading examples of online business success.
Without a doubt the success of the business is due to the brilliant team running it. We are passionate about our core values of collaboration, expansion, responsibility and fun and are constantly striving to create a virtual workplace of inclusivity, celebration and growth.
Our current main offering is the Ready for Change program. A five-week digital program that offers participants the chance to reprogram subconscious stories that have seen them feeling stuck and repeating patterns in their life.
This program ‘turns the lights on’ and leads into a six-month coaching program for those interested in furthering their growth journey with Lisa as a guide.
