Clear the inputs
Just like our body works better when we are feeding it nourishing food, so does our brain!
And often times we are consuming a lot of unhelpful brain junk.
Complete the Clean Sweep exercise to clear depleting inputs and experience the feeling of 'weight loss for your brain'! (It's real)
Clear your space
Clutter can increase anxiety and distraction and impact our sleep. ‘Stuff’ piles up (just check my inbox after one week back at school for my three kids!)
Luckily you don’t need a complete overhaul to feel tangible benefits.
Short on time? You'll love 'Done in Ten' - a comprehensive list of spaces that you can clear in under 10 minutes (and that will make a huge difference to how you feel).
Have big declutter projects that never get started? Work to the '1A principle' and get them jobs underway (finally!)
