Before I share all about it with you, I want to be honest…

I’ve only recently started to feel my second wind sweeping through. 

This, after a fair few years in 'maintenance mode' - you know the one - when it's enough to simply keep things rolling. Nothing more. Kids fed, business in cruise-control, basics covered. A few projects on the go, but nothing big. I've been doing just enough to maintain.

And I'm fine with that.

Because like many women in mid-life I've faced 'stuff' along the way.

TL;DR - Married an amazing man who tragically found himself in a battle with alcohol dependence, our marriage ended in 2019 when I was 38, he died nine months later.

Since then I’ve been raising three kids solo, lived through the COVID years in Melbourne, had a long-term relationship end in 2023, after which I randomly booked a four month overseas adventure with my kids - which was best thing ever.

I felt a spark return but it didn’t amount to much. It turned out 2024 and 2025 were about finding my feet amongst an AuDHD diagnosis, perimenopause, kids entering the teen years.

It's been a whole thing.

I look back and see quite clearly that I was in a 'winter season'. Whether I wanted it or not. Just keeping things rolling was well and truly enough this past few years.

I think we all have life stages where we are just going through the motions…

Let's normalise that. It's a huge win to maintain the status quo in some life seasons.

It's not bad to eat the same meals on repeat Mon-Fri for a year!

It's not bad to ditch 'go big' for 'go to bed'.

It's not bad to tend to your heart quietly and withdraw,

And…

It's also not bad to miss parts of you that you thought might be gone forever.

And it's not bad to take steps to bring them back when you're ready.

For me, that's the dreamer, the creator, the woman who makes things happen.

It’s a beautiful thing to feel the essence of who we are peek from around a corner and whisper, "I'm still here, I just needed a moment."

Ooooof. Hello you.

And as we feel into the energy of a second wind, with all it’s possibility and potential, here's the truth…

All the thoughts we think, the habits we create, the routine and structure of our lives in ‘maintenance mode’ - they need an upgrade to meet this new moment.

Or else, the wind will die down. Quickly! 

And that’s where I’ve found myself. Wanting to take this moment and MAKE IT something.

So I’ve chosen five things to help me. That really pack a punch.

And they're helping me get back into sustainable momentum right now. Like - as we speak!

Applying them allows us to:

Dream a little more creatively again,

Find clarity on what we want next, 

And understand who we need to be to have it, 

Moving the little things (that accumulate and feel massive!) forward,

Purposefully start ambitious projects,

Be kind to ourselves as we loosen up and have more fun with life again.

I'm backing up the feeling that I'm ready with actions that are aligned to where I'm going.

I'm calling it my Second Wind. And I'm inviting you along for the ride!

So… this is an invitation into my world, sharing the things that are working and providing support and inspo to keep you on track. As I do it too.

There's simple principles that work for me - even with (especially with!) my fluctuating capacity, my distractible and excitable brain, when the demands on my time and energy are massive, and when hormones are having their own private party.

What Second Wind actually is

It's four weeks with me to get the wind back in your sails (and stay on task - because hello distraction central!)

You decide what you want to focus on after learning the five principles and we work together to make it happen. In two ways - a WhatsApp Community space and our ‘get shit done’ sessions

The whole thing will feel so doable. It’s going to reorient your attention, your energy and your habits.

And all the while we’re going to have a really good time!

Second Wind is about keeping what's important to you front and center. And after a month of doing that with me - I think you'll be floored with what you achieve.

Not wanting to toot my own horn, but if I can do anything well, it's helping women create positive changes in their life - with ease - and so they stick!

Second wind is about you. It's about embedding simple changes that make a difference to how you feel on the daily and move you forward.

It's reminders, repetition, and doing it together. It's wind in your freaking sails again!

OK so let's be real… What's possible in four weeks?

That resume you've been meaning to write? Done. You have options again.

The room with the closed door because it's such a mess? Sorted. You feel lighter.

That podcast or business idea or book? Underway - fiiiiiiinally!

The morning routine you've stopped and started? You're doing it on the regular.

That creative practice that always comes last? Happening.

Your relationship with wine and scrolling at night? Replaced with something way better.

Rest? Play? Adventure? Space? A cleared wardrobe?!

Whatever you want in your second wind - we make it happen. Together. With ease.

Some straight talk…

At 46 years old, there's a lot I still want for my life.

I've landed in a place (widow, sole-parent, renter - amongst others) that I never thought I would. It's been a process to accept and embrace what IS instead of what could have been.

It feels nice to arrive in 2026 with the buzz of possibility, of building energy, of big dreams again.

But I know for sure that for the 'vibe' to translate into 'action' requires a different version of me to the one who has (valiantly might I say!) kept things in 'maintenance mode' the last few years.

That's just a fact.

I'm not interested in asking more of myself than I have to give. Nope. We are so done with that! As mid-life women our second wind will blow itself out quickly if it adds to overwhelm.

Instead it's about curation and intention. Less, less, less is MORE! (right??)

Our energy fluctuates, our people need us, there's very real demands on our time and attention.

So let's work with what you actually have. And build around your real capacity. No super woman expectations 'round here!

I'm not offering this month together to add more noise or complication to your life. In fact, that's exactly what we want to reduce! The world is chaotic - let's be in a space together where we can get clear and have fun doing stuff that matters.

Why I'm doing this

I've been teaching online since 2014. A whole load of different things. You may have taken part in a food program, a declutter program, a mindset program, a marketing program - or all of them!?

Here's what my community should know by now - I always share honestly, from where I'm at.

And where I'm at right now is making it as easy and fun as possible to rise into my next chapter. I'm so damn ready. It's taken a while, but I'm here.

And because I wholeheartedly believe we go further faster when we do things together (and have way more fun along the way!) - I'm inviting you to come along with me.
